Eva Tihanyi has been a fixture on Niagara’s literary scene since she moved here from Toronto in 1989.

Eva Tihanyi’s ninth poetry collection, Circle Tour, is forthcoming from Inanna Publications in spring 2023. She has also published a short story collection, Truth and Other Fictions. Tihanyi taught English at Niagara College from 1989 to 2020 and is now writing full-time. She lives on the lake in the Port Dalhousie neighbourhood of St. Catharines.
The Niagara on the Lake Public Library is located in the beautiful and historical Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, Canada.
The library shares an accessible building with the town’s Community Centre, Nursery School and a café, surrounded by green space and ample parking.
